PUBLIC OFFER
Date: September 30, 2025
This Public Offer constitutes a proposal by the Offeror:
Sole Proprietor “NOSYREV ALEKSANDR VLADIMIROVICH”, TIN: 772972566571, OGRNIP: 325774600499292
to enter into an agreement under the conditions set forth below with any person interested in receiving services (hereinafter — the “User”).
Acceptance of this Offer means performing registration actions on the website
https://codepath-academy.com (the “Website”), including:
- filling in forms on the Website with personal data (first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, etc.);
- joining the Service’s community in Social Networks (e.g., VKontakte) by liking, subscribing, or accepting an invitation;
- filling out forms embedded in Social Network communities;
- sending messages to the Service community or commenting within it;
- connecting or launching the Service’s automated contact (“bot”) in Messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, VK Messenger);
- sending messages via Messengers (including to bots or phone numbers);
- sending e-mails to Service e-mail addresses;
- making phone calls to Service numbers;
- sending SMS messages to Service numbers.
By accepting this Offer, the User confirms that:
- The text of the Offer is clear and raises no questions;
- Pursuant to Article 6(1)(5) of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data,” processing of personal data is permitted when necessary for contract performance; acceptance means consent to such processing;
- The Service may send advertising and informational messages to registered Users, using contact details provided directly or automatically obtained from third-party services.
Messages may be sent via: e-mail, SMS, Messengers, Social Networks, or phone calls (including automated calls). The Service may also send partner offers. Unregulated matters are governed by Russian law.
AGREEMENT FOR ONLINE SCHOOL SERVICES1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Online School – information service delivered online via the Service.
1.2. Service – the Website and other technical resources enabling operation of the Online School.
1.3. Online Course – informational work, including audiovisual, created for online delivery, consisting of a set of Lessons.
1.4. Lesson – a part of the Course combining information and possibly requirements/assignments restricting further access.
1.5. Course Completion – the process of consuming Course content, aimed at acquiring knowledge/skills, including optional or mandatory tasks.
1.6. Student/User – an individual who accepted the Offer.
1.7. Student Account – personalized Student area on the Service.
1.8. Instructor – person providing information and/or checking Student Responses.
1.9. Student Response – completed assignment submitted for review. Rejected responses are treated as non-completion.
1.10. Stop-Lesson – a Lesson blocking further access until requirements are met.
1.11. Webinar – interactive online event with an Instructor or its recording.
1.12. Service Administrator – initiator of the Offer, controlling access to Courses and Webinars.
1.13. Course Conditions – requirements and restrictions set by the Administrator defining access and opportunities for
Students.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The subject includes:
- providing access to Online Courses;
- providing access to Webinars;
- reviewing Student Responses, if included in the Course Conditions.
3. Service Provision Procedure
3.1. Access to Courses is provided via the Student Account. Access may be time-limited, adjusted by the Administrator, and may include Stop-Lessons.
3.2. Students may request extensions if unable to complete within the set period, subject to Administrator approval.
3.3. Webinars are held live or recorded; access to recordings is determined by the Administrator. Chat functionality may be available during live Webinars.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Payment confirms Student awareness and consent to participate.
4.2. Payments are made through systems indicated on the Service.
4.3. After course selection, an invoice is generated in the Student Account and may be sent via e-mail.
4.4. Invoices must be paid within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Access is denied if payment is overdue. Partial payment may be accepted at the Administrator’s discretion.
4.6. Additional services may be offered; payment implies consent. The same rules apply unless otherwise specified.
5. Liability
5.1. The Student is responsible for accuracy of registration data; the Administrator does not verify it.
5.2. The Student is responsible for intellectual property uploaded and must resolve third-party claims.
5.3. The Student is liable for copying/distributing Courses, Webinars, or materials. Violations may result in account blocking, claims, lawsuits, or fines. Participation in “course pooling” (pirated distribution) entails a fine of RUB 1,000,000.
5.4. Providing third parties with Account access entails a fine of RUB 300,000 per case.
6. Withdrawal from Services
6.1. Students may refuse paid Services by notifying the Administrator through Service contacts.
6.2. Refunds are made minus payment system fees, actual Service costs, and costs of consumed Services.
6.3. Notice must be given at least 5 days before the withdrawal date.
6.4. Refunds are made to the original method or as otherwise agreed.
7. Special Conditions
7.1. The Service may use Student Responses without limitation.
7.2. Course substitution is at the Administrator’s discretion and subject to availability.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement is indefinite.
8.2. Pre-trial dispute resolution is mandatory.
8.3. Claims must be e‑mailed with “Dispute” in the subject.
8.4. If unresolved within 35 days, disputes go to Russian courts at the Administrator’s location.
8.5. The Service is not liable for telecom failures, malware, or unlawful actions of third parties.
8.6. The Administrator may amend the Agreement anytime; Users must check weekly.
8.7. The Service will attempt to notify Users of changes, but Users remain responsible for reviewing updates.
8.8. If free access is provided, consumer protection law does not apply.
8.9. The Service is not liable for Student photos appearing in search engine results if uploaded by the Student.
